Hey hey- Happy Monday! Here in the Pacific Northwest the sun finally decided to show itself and it did so in a big way, we have had a 25 degree swing in temperature in the past few weeks; everyone has an extra kick in their step because of the gorgeous weather. This weather has also put me in spring cleaning mode!!! I am so ready to start adding garden flowers, brighter colors, and fresh decor to my home. It is so easy and affordable to add just a few pieces to transition your home from one season to another, for spring you can simply change out throw pillows or vases for fresh flowers. Target is having a sale on home decor right now and I rounded up a few favorite spring items that will help transition your home from winter to spring!
As I mentioned it only takes a few pieces to make your home feel like spring has come. In my home I love to start with brighter throw pillows, the floral pillow above it the perfect piece to add a pop of color, it would even be beautiful outside if you have a covered space. I also love the the plant stands , which come in several sizes and would be great on a front porch or in a space to add dimension. The gold candle holders are also a favorite- who else is dreaming of outdoor dinner parties? The blue vases come in several sizes and would be make the perfect centerpiece on a large island, dining room table or accent table. I also added a few favorite organizational baskets– I love to use a metal basket in my master bathroom vanity as storage for all of my hair tools. There are so many great pieces right now, start with just one or two and you will be amazed at how much in transforms a room.
